魏钦的同事杨凤明看到消息后，很快就赶到了现场，却发现女子已经跳入河中并向河中央游去，由于下了一天的雨，河水水位高涨，情况十分危急。该女子的同伴在岸边不断呼唤，试图劝其上岸，呼唤无果后，其同伴立马跳入水中营救。由于河水流速太快，其同伴几经挣扎都未能将轻生女子拖拽上岸。见此情景，杨凤明与刚刚赶到的现场魏钦没有片刻犹豫，立即跑向河边。

近年来，利川市积极探索成立“凉城志愿服务队”，引导外卖小哥、快递小哥发挥“前哨”作用，主动参与基层社会治理，参与志愿服务活动。“社会给予我们外卖小哥很多便利和关怀，比如外卖小哥食堂、进出小区的通行码。我们应该传播这样的正能量，发挥我们普通人心中的那一份热，发一份光，反哺社会。”美团外卖利川西城站队长梅浩说。

“I think medical cooperation is very valuable and practical, as traditional Chinese medicine is famous all over the world and they are worth applying in Hungary,” Peter Medgyessy, former Hungarian Prime Minister, highlighted the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in a recent interview.

With bilateral cooperation expanding to more areas and increasing investments from China, both countries have gained more growth momentum in the next phase, noted Medgyessy.

After his more than 40 visits to China, Medgyessy said he has seen almost every part of the beautiful country, and each visit has amazed him with new developments.

围绕水产种业、海洋渔业等传统产业转型升级，西海岸新区近年来加大财政支持力度，鼓励企业自主创新，因地制宜，打造现代化海洋牧场群。截至目前，新区共建设国家级海洋牧场16个，总面积7200余公顷，投放各类人工鱼礁120万空方以上，鱼类、藻类、贝类等海洋生物资源明显增多，海洋基础生产力比十年前提升了六成多。

过去十年，西海岸新区努力打造渔业现代化的示范样本，建成我国首个国家深远海绿色养殖试验区，“深蓝1号”“国信1号”等深海养殖“重器”出坞，实现大西洋鲑低纬度深海规模化养殖；大力发展“蓝色种业”，建成全球最大海洋基因库，培育出“参优1号”等海参、对虾新品种，大大丰富了百姓的餐桌；创新改进冷链物流体系，发展精深加工产业，不断延长完善现代渔业全产业链，一座现代化的深蓝渔港正在胶州湾西岸快速崛起。
